Job summary

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in Naperville, IL is hiring a Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our expanded outpatient ABA team. The BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, design and oversee programs, and collaborate with families and other therapists to deliver ethical, quality care for pediatric patients.

The role offers a $75,000-$87,000 salary range, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus student loan repayment assistance, company health plans, 401(k) matching,

Compensation: 75,000-$87,000 annually, based on years of experience

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in Naperville, IL is seeking a Full Time BCBA for our newly expanded and remodeled therapy space. We are a multidisciplinary outpatient center providing ABA services along with PT,OT and SLP. We are seeking a BCBA to join our team to provide ethical, quality ABA care for our pediatric patients. RUSH Kids offer opportunities for growth and mentorship within the field of ABA. Our BCBAs design and oversee programs for children with autism served by RUSH Kids. In this position, the BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists, among other responsibilities. We are looking for a professional, compassionate candidate with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.

Masters Degree in ABA and board certification required.
