Location: Lake Barrington, IL

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: 83,000-$90,000 annually, based on years of experience

Incentives: $8,000 Bonus PLUS Student Loan Repayment Assistance

RUSH Kids is seeking a licensed, experienced BCBA to lead and deliver an exceptional patient care experience as an Assistant Center Manager. In this role, you will help oversee our outpatient therapy team, including PT, OT, SLP, Patient Service Specialists as well as the ABA program. Responsibilities

Set a High Standard of Care:

• Complete and maintain required trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations
• Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity
• Review and adhere to policies & procedures manual

Personalized Treatment:

• Create behavior intervention plans based off functional behavioral assessments and define and track behavior in observable and measurable terms
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications
