Job summary

Abacus Therapies in Florida is seeking a BCBA to join a supportive, growth-oriented team delivering in-home, school, and center-based ABA services where available. New grads welcome alongside experienced clinicians; competitive salary and mentoring are provided.

You'll conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, and collaborate with families and schools. A license and valid driver's license are required, with a hybrid work model offering balanced

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification (or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA services.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and clinical support to RBTs and BCaBAs.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
  • Partner with families and collaborate with schools and other providers.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Deliver services in home, school, and/or clinic settings based on client needs.
