Job summary

Abacus Therapies is seeking a new BCBA to lead behavioral assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs/BCaBAs across home, school, and clinic settings. The role emphasizes collaborative, family-centered care and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and clinical support to RBTs and BCaBAs.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
  • Partner with families and collaborate with schools and other providers.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Deliver services in home, school, and/or clinic settings based on client needs.
