Job summary

Abacus Therapies in Charlotte, NC is seeking a BCBA for a new grads friendly, hybrid role. Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.

You will supervise and provide clinical support to RBTs and BCaBAs, monitor progress, collaborate with families, schools and other providers, and maintain timely documentation. Hybrid schedule with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
