Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  2. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies.
  3. Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  4. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior programs across settings.
  5. Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members in implementing behavior intervention plans.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Requirements:

  1. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  2. Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  3. Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and data collection methods.
  4. Strong understanding of principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
