Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior programs across settings.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members in implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and data collection methods.
  • Strong understanding of principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
