Job summary

River Rock Academy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide behavioral expertise, develop data-driven plans, train staff, and collaborate with school teams to promote student growth and independence.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, analyze data to refine interventions, and lead staff training on ABA principles and crisis interventions while participating in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, ABA, or a related field.
• Experience supporting students with behavioral or developmental challenges.
• Strong data analysis and collaboration skills.
