Job summary

River Rock Academy in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Behavior Coach to guide students toward positive decisions and self-regulation. You will provide structure and behavioral support while collaborating with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote student success.

The role focuses on mentoring students to develop problem-solving and decision-making skills, monitoring behavior, responding to crises with de-escalation techniques, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, behavioral science, or related field preferred
