Job summary

As a Behavior Coach at River Rock Academy, you will guide and mentor students by promoting positive decision‑making, self‑regulation, and social growth. You’ll provide structure and behavioral support while maintaining safety and collaboration across the school community.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, behavioral science, or related field preferred

• Ability to remain calm, professional, and consistent in high‑stress situations
