Qualifications

  • Licensed or license eligible as a Behavior Analyst in North Carolina.

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Assess clients’ and prospective clients’ current skill level and challenging behaviors.
  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans for teaching social, communication, and life skills, as well as reducing challenging behaviors.
  • Supervise treatment cases to ensure best treatment practices, client progress, and appropriate modifications to programming.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians to work with clients.
  • Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and their caregivers to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy and family guidance services and support.
  • Experience collaboration and growth, preparing you for a career in behavior analysis or in other behavioral health and mental health fields.

Requirements
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
