Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team. The role focuses on direct in-person services with 7-10 clients, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families and educators to ensure client-centered care.

Successful candidates will hold BCBA certification and be licensed in NC or able to obtain licensure, with a commitment to HIPAA-compliant documentation and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

  • Carry a manageable caseload of 7-10 clients with assessments, programming, and supervision.
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA-based plans.
  • Provide direct in-person behavioral services.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through in-person coaching.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in CentralReach.
  • Participate in client intake and onboarding.

POSITION DETAILS
  • Location: North Carolina - must reside within the state of North Carolina
  • Schedule: Full-time | In-Person
  • Caseload: 7-10 clients
  • Compensation: Starting at $100,000/year
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Carry a manageable caseload of 7-10 clients with dedicated time for assessments, programming, and supervision
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles
  • Provide direct behavioral services in person
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through structured in-person coaching
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, client-centered care
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in CentralReach in compliance with HIPAA requirements
  • Participate in client intake and onboarding to ensure a thorough understanding of each individual's needs
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current BCBA certification required
  • NC Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain
  • Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence-based behavioral interventions
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan modification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance
  • Must reside within the state of North Carolina
