Job summary

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC in Greenville, North Carolina, is hiring additional BCBAs for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice.

BCBAs may provide services in homes and/or within clinical office locations. A Masters degree and BCBA certification are required.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, supervising RBTs, data-driven progress, collaboration with healthcare professionals, caregiver training, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience working with autism/developmental disabilities.
  • Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of medical and behavioral health terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities, specifically autism.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Supervise RBTs providing behavioral therapy and interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills.
  • Monitor and track patient progress through data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare and behavioral health professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date behavioral documentation and records.

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional BCBAs for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in Greenville, North Carolina! Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, provides both in-home and clinic-based speech language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA Therapy services throughout the Carolinas, including in Greenville, North Carolina. BCBAs employed by Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, may provide services in homes and/or within one of our clinical office locations. All applicants must have a Masters Degree from an accredited institution and have obtained their BCBA certification.

Responsibilities Include
