Job summary

Therapy Smarts, Inc. is seeking a leader and experienced Behavior Analyst to join our ABA program within an established multi-disciplinary clinic. The role involves designing and implementing comprehensive ABA programs for children and adolescents, and helping oversee daily service delivery.

The candidate must hold NC licensure and BCBA credentials. You will supervise the Autism Service Team, mentor staff, and foster a collaborative culture, with a hybrid schedule and weekdays-only work.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of ABA experience with intervention development and implementation for children/adolescents
  • Active North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board license
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • 1 year BT or RBT supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents
  • Oversee clinic operations to ensure effective service delivery
  • Foster a positive team culture and support agency morale
  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including supervision plans and evaluations

We are looking for a leader and an experienced Behavior analyst to join our ABA program in an established multi-disciplinary clinic.

Requirements
Qualities that fit this opportunity
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents, required
  • Must have obtained a professional license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB)
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • 1 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience, preferred
  • Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment is preferred

Essential Job Functions
  • Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
  • Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery.
  • Foster a positive team culture and support agency culture/morale.
  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations, and monitoring program progress and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other team members.
Setting/Schedule
  • Hybrid position - 3 days in clinic, 2 remote (eligible after three months)
