Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding clinical team in Catonsville, MD. In this role, you will lead high-quality clinical care by conducting comprehensive assessments, designing individualized Behavior Treatment Plans (BIPs), and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will work collaboratively with families and care teams to deliver meaningful, data-driven outcomes tailored to each child's everyday environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessment & Program Design: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developmental evaluations to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Supervision & Mentorship: Provide ongoing field supervision, training, and constructive coaching to RBTs to ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
- Family Partnership: Conduct regular parent training sessions, equipping caregivers with practical strategies to reinforce learning across daily routines.
- Data-Driven Clinical Oversight: Continuously monitor and analyze client progress data, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with daycare staff, educators, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care across settings.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and state regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Licensure: Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) state license in North Carolina (or eligible for immediate licensure).
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with ASD preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic data collection systems and clinical management software.
- Core Competencies: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong leadership skills, and a passionate, client-centered approach to pediatric care.
- Clearances: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain CPR/BLS certification.
