Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee clinical programming for a small caseload, conduct assessments, and develop individual treatment plans in a hybrid in-home plus remote setting.

You will train and supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, ensure compliance, collaborate with families, and work with a supportive admin team to maintain steady growth and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and GA LBA.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We are a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas.

As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in‑home supervision, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and more.
