This part-time position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while working under the clinical direction and supervision of a Clinical BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles
• Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations to ensure progress toward goals
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct-care staff
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote consistency across environments
• Conduct caregiver training and provide ongoing guidance to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA

Requirements

• Certification:Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Licensure:Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine, or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure prior to the start of employment
• Continuing Education:Must maintain all required certifications, licensure, and continuing education requirements throughout employment
