Protouch Staffing in Richmond, VA, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role with in-person assessments and remote supervision. The position supports minors with autism and related developmental delays across Central and Southern Virginia.

The BCBA will perform assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools. Flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate with performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential.
• VA LBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of post-cert BCBA experience.
• Experience with minors with ASD.
• Willingness to travel for in-person assessments in Central/Southern Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs, and adjust based on data.
• Provide remote and on-site supervision to RBTs and staff.

Job Type: Part-Time (15-25 hours/week) or Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Virginia. In this role, you will deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the clinical direction and supervision of a Clinical BCBA. This position offers exceptional flexibility (flexible scheduling with remote supervision capabilities) while serving minors with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities across Central and Southern Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Conduct in-person behavioral assessments and construct individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to pediatric/minor client needs.
• Program Implementation & Monitoring: Design, implement, and analyze client data to evaluate progress and make real-time program adjustments.
• Clinical Supervision: Provide remote and on-site clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct-care staff.
• Family & Team Collaboration: Conduct regular caregiver training and collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to maintain treatment consistency across home, school, and community environments.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation (progress reports, assessment summaries, treatment notes) in compliance with organizational policies, Virginia state regulations, and BACB ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) credential.
• Licensure: Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine (or active eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure prior to start date).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-certification BCBA experience required. (New graduates will not be considered for this role).
• Patient Population: Demonstrated experience working with minors/pediatric populations diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental delays.
• Travel: Willingness to conduct required in-person client assessments in the local Central/Southern Virginia area.
