Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC in Missouri seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment planning, supervise staff, and collaborate with families for holistic care.

You will assess, implement, and adjust ABA programs, mentor RBTs, ensure ethics and compliance, and help families and schools achieve meaningful outcomes in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
