Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment planning, data-driven interventions, and program development.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional behavior assessments), and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure holistic care.

This role emphasizes ethics, documentation, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for leadership within a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain thorough documentation and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
