Job summary

Applied ABC in San Mateo, California is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem supervision and clinical support across San Mateo. This flexible opportunity lets you supplement your caseload with consistent cases, either in-person or hybrid, while delivering evidence-based ABA services to children and families.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and ensure compliance with BACB and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
