Job summary

Novo Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Arizona to provide clinical oversight, program management, and ethical ABA treatment for clients from 18 months to adulthood, with a focus on children aged 2–10.

The BCBA will plan, develop, and monitor behavior interventions for clients diagnosed with ASD and related challenges, ensuring compassionate, effective, and evidence-based services in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active AZ LBA license is required.
• Must have completed the BCBA mandated 8-hour supervision training to legally supervise RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and program management.
• Plan, develop, and monitor ABA interventions for clients with ASD and related challenges.
• Ensure ethical ABA practices and high-quality client care.

Job Description:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing clinical oversight, program management, and ethical ABA treatment for clients ranging from 18 months old into adulthood, with a heavy emphasis on children ages 2–10.
• The primary function of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavior interventions to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges

• Possess BCBA certification
• Active AZ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) License
• Completion of the BCBA mandated 8-hour supervision training to legally manage RBTs
