Job summary

Achivements ABA Therapy in Phoenix is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is bilingual to support children with autism across home, daycare, and school settings. The role includes treatment planning, supervision of RBTs, and parent training, with flexible in-person or remote options.

You will collaborate with our back-office team and ensure HIPAA and BACB guidelines are followed, while advancing clinical excellence and family outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
  • Arizona LBA or in process to obtain LBA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
  • Provide remote or in-person supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
  • Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Bilingual A Plus!

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Arizona, Georgia and North Carolina, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation

$90.00 - $110.00 per hour contingent on experience
