Job summary

A leading ABA therapy provider is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-LBA) for immediate openings. In this role, you will lead and supervise ABA therapists, design treatment plans, and implement interventions for children with autism. Qualifications

• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Must be licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Arizona.
• In-person assessments are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA therapists on cases.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases

• Review reports and session notes
• Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes
• Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques
