Job summary

Jeter-Therapy-Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Louisiana. You will develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, while ensuring precise data collection and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, provide training to staff and caregivers, and maintain high-quality clinical standards.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism preferred.
  • Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices.
  • Strong data collection, assessment, and patient care skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to protect patient information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with clients, families, and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism is preferred.
  • Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices.
  • Strong skills in data collection, patient care, and assessment techniques.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure the protection of patient information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
