Job summary

Jeter Therapy Group in the United States is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and ensure clinical documentation meets HIPAA standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, train staff, and maintain accurate medical records while promoting evidence-based practices and positive behavioral outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a BCBA is required.
  • Experience with developmental disabilities and autism preferred.
  • Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices.
  • Strong data collection and assessment techniques.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to protect patient information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with clients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities
