Job summary

Little Rays ABA in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. We offer part-time and full-time roles across Florida, with opportunities to oversee treatment programs and supervise RBTs.

You will partner with families and schools to create lasting, positive outcomes, track progress, and ensure treatment integrity. A Masters in ABA or related field and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Passion for helping children with ASD and their families.
• Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train RBTs and behaviour technicians.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency.
• Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organisational standards.

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)all over Florida, we part time and full time positions open.
