Job summary

Succeed ABA is hiring BCBA clinicians to supervise BTs/RBTs and to design and review ABA curricula across in-home, school, and community settings in the Mesa area. The role emphasizes data-driven program changes and ongoing collaboration with families and staff to ensure high-quality care.

The position offers flexible schedules, strong administrative support, and opportunities for professional growth while delivering meaningful outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification required.
• LBA license required and experience with autism spectrum children.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and train staff in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
