Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking BCBA candidates for in-home, school, and community settings in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers flexible scheduling and strong support to clinicians.

Qualified applicants hold a Master’s degree, BCBA certification, and LBA where required, with experience serving children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
