Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring BCBA professionals to lead and supervise ABA programs for children with autism across home, school, and community settings. This role offers meaningful impact, growth opportunities, and a supportive clinical team.

Open positions include both full-time and part-time roles with weekly pay and a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus. The salary can reach up to $150,000 annually, with flexible caseloads and strong administrative support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• LBA license required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
