Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Indianapolis is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise therapists and design ABA programs. You will analyze data, write progress reports, and communicate with families to support child-centered care.

The position emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration with the program manager, and ongoing training to enhance outcomes for children across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree is required.
• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
• Regular communication with parents.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
• Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine.
• Provide parent and staff training.
