Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to supervise BTs/RBTs and lead ABA program design across in-home, school, and community settings in Arizona. This role offers flexible schedules and a supportive clinical team focused on quality care for children on the autism spectrum.

You will design interventions, analyze data, train parents and staff, and collaborate with administration to maintain high clinical standards. Master’s degree and BCBA are required, with LBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
