Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee ABA services for clients across Tennessee. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

Ideal candidates hold an active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in a related field, and Tennessee licensure with Medicaid ID. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active Tennessee licensure (LBA/LBS) required.
• Tennessee Medicaid ID required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical judgment skills.
• Passion for supporting children and families in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
• Supervise and support RBTs.
• Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions.
• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaboration.
• Ensure services meet BACB ethical guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
