Job summary

Carry On Therapy in Cordova, TN seeks an in-person BCBA to provide hands-on clinical supervision on the treatment floor, coach RBTs in real time, and directly support learner progress.

This 100% clinical role focuses on treatment quality, behavior plans, and staff guidance with no scheduling or administrative duties. Both new and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

• Active Tennessee LBA/LBS licensure required.

• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Experience supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide active, in-person supervision on the clinic floor.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Support the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Coach, train, and guide RBTs during sessions in real time.
• Monitor treatment fidelity and learner progress.
• Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions.
• Support behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs.
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Participate in clinical case reviews with the Clinical Director.

Position Overview

Carry On Therapy is seeking an in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hands-on clinical supervision inside our Cordova clinic. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys being present on the treatment floor, coaching RBTs in real time, and directly supporting learner progress.

This is a 100% clinical position focused on treatment quality, behavior plans, clinical programming, and staff guidance. There are no scheduling, operational, or administrative responsibilities. The Clinical Director and Assistant Clinical Director oversee clinic operations, allowing the BCBA to focus on providing quality clinical care.

Both newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the Clinical Director and Assistant Clinical Director
• Focuses exclusively on clinical programming, treatment quality, staff supervision, and learner progress
• Does not include scheduling, clinic operations, or other administrative responsibilities

BCBA Benefits

Compensation and Schedule

• Location: Cordova, Tennessee

• Pay Range: $70–$85 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available
