Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and ABA services to clients throughout Tennessee. This role collaborates with families, RBTs, and a supportive clinical team to deliver practical, individualized care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active Tennessee licensure (LBA/LBS) required.
• Tennessee Medicaid ID required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical judgment skills.
• Passion for supporting children and families in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
• Supervise and support RBTs.
• Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions.
• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaboration.
• Ensure services meet BACB ethical guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
