About the Role
Duties
  • Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for services.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive support and consistency across environments.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records, documentation, and confidentiality of client information.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health, special education, and diagnostic evaluation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA regulations related to patient care.

Pay range and compensation package

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
