Job summary

EzCare ABA in Franklin, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs and mentor RBTs in a supportive, family-centered environment. You will partner with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals to develop data-driven treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.

Responsibilities
