Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC is seeking a licensed BCBA with a Master’s degree and strong leadership and collaboration skills to join our growing multi-state team. The role emphasizes naturalistic therapy in home settings and requires excellent written and oral communication.

You will train paraprofessionals, develop and monitor instructional programs, and work under the guidance of the Executive and Clinical Directors. Hybrid scheduling offered nationwide.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or closely related field.
  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing abilities.
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively on a treatment team.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Central Reach.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • We provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings.
  • We create, monitor, and revise instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
  • We train paraprofessional staff on how to implement instructional programs and behavior plans.
  • We work under the guidance of our Executive Director and Clinical Director.
