Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is expanding its team to serve children with autism across home and community settings in multiple states. We are seeking a BCBA-certified professional with a strong educational background and leadership capability to guide instructional programs and supervise paraprofessionals.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with a treatment team, possess excellent communication skills, and be motivated to grow within a supportive, growth-oriented environment that values flexible

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and management abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a treatment team.
  • Proficiency with Central Reach or similar systems.
  • Open to experienced BCBAs and new graduates eager to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in home and community settings.
  • Create, track, and revise instructional programs across language, social, and communication areas.
  • Train paraprofessionals on implementing instructional plans and behavior support strategies.
  • Supervise the BCBA role under the Executive Director and Clinical Director.
  • Stay organized, self-driven, adaptable, positive, and collaborative.
