We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and implementing applied behavior analysis techniques.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify behavioral issues and develop effective treatment plans.
Implement and monitor verbal behavior (VB) and applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies tailored to each individual’s needs.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive care and support.
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members involved in the implementation of treatment plans.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in a digital platform of patient progress.
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices, including applied behavior analysis techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
