Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services for children on the autism spectrum across multiple states. BCBAs will design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and support families, with travel between assignments.

The role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with a competitive salary up to $95,000 per year or $75 per hour depending on state, plus sign-on and relocation bonuses and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work.

• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
