Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver ABA services for children with autism across multiple states. You will design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and support families.

You will conduct intake evaluations, supervise staff, and adjust interventions to ensure progress, while communicating results to families and documenting progress regularly.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children/teens with ASD or other developmental disabilities.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral and skill acquisition plans with set goals.

Overview

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high‑quality Applied Behavior Analysis services for children on the autism spectrum across multiple states. BCBAs will design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and support families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design treatment plans of care
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and a valid driver’s license
• BCBA (Required)
• Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work
