Position Details
  • Position: Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Schedule: Approximately 7:40 a.m.–3:00 p.m., following the elementary school day (approximately 37.5 hours per week)
  • Initial Placement: Elementary school support, beginning with two identified classrooms
  • Salary option: $75-85K
  • Hourly option: $80-85/hr
  • Setting: School-based, with opportunities to provide broader district-level behavioral services as needed
Scope of Services

The BCBA will provide comprehensive behavioral support at the classroom, student, and district levels. Responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
  • Providing support related to Manifestation Determination Reviews (MDRs)
  • Developing, reviewing, and updating individualized behavior plans
  • Providing behavioral consultation to students, teachers, and school teams
  • Conducting classroom observations and identifying behavioral patterns and needs
  • Reviewing and analyzing behavioral data to monitor progress and inform interventions
  • Coaching and collaborating with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff
  • Providing behavioral support related to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Supporting consistent implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Participating in school-based meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
  • Providing broader district-level behavioral consultation and services as needed
