We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centered services to individuals in need of ABA support. Our goal is to support meaningful growth and development by fostering independence and improving quality of life for those we serve. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time BCBA to provide in-home assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receiving Supported Living Services. This position requires a minimum of 96.75 billable hours per month , of which 75% of assessment hours and 80% of ongoing service hours must occur direct or face-to-face .

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and analyses to identify environmental factors of which behavior is a function.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans which include instructional & environmental modifications to produce socially significant improvements in client behaviors, through skill acquisition and the reduction of maladaptive behaviors.
  • Provide direct, face-to-face ABA therapy and supervision to clients.
  • Train and support caregivers and family members on ABA principles and intervention strategies.
  • Conduct Nonviolent Crisis Prevention & Intervention Training (CPI) classes for caregivers on at least a quarterly basis.
  • Monitor and analyze treatment progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards, including documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Maintain a professional and compassionate approach to client care.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in ABA therapy preferred.
  • Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, and behavior intervention planning.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job-related travel.
  • Salary: $95,000 - $98,000 per year
