About the Opportunity

The Clinical Director designs and supervises evidence-based mental health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and related disabilities in various settings, including home and school.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular sessions via modalities like virtual sessions and virtual reality for assigned caseloads, including supervising program implementation and documentation.
  2. Provide in-field training and educate families on maintaining consistent, clinically appropriate schedules.
  3. Ensure proper documentation, including data sheets, behavioral support plans, and progress reports.
  4. Monitor and document daily service appointments, cancellations, and maintain billing records.
  5. Support and train Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists through meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations.
  6. Supervise clinical processes such as behavioral support plans, assessments, and data collection.
  7. Maintain communication with HR and Regional Directors regarding administrative and clinical concerns.
  8. Stay current with research and trends related to autism and developmental disabilities.
  9. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other organizational activities.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in psychology, childhood development, education, therapy, or related field.
  • BCBA certification required.
  • At least two years of experience working with children with autism in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Proven success managing a full ABA caseload.
  • Knowledge of ABA methodologies and related educational programs.
  • Ability to travel between service areas with reliable transportation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and computer proficiency.
Physical Requirements
  • Visual focus, sitting, speaking, listening, document handling, walking, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds, and driving.
Salary

$90,000 to $100,000 plus incentives and stipends.
