Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team in a full-time capacity. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and guide Technicians and RBTs under BCBA supervision.

You will collaborate with parents and professionals, analyze data for progress, and maintain detailed documentation. A strong ABA background with autism experience and excellent communication skills is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCaBA certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
