Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to lead ABA therapy services for children with developmental challenges. The role involves developing treatment plans, supervising therapy implementation, and coordinating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise ABA therapy implementation.

• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
