Job summary

Children Making Strides, a leading ABA agency in Greenville, SC, seeks a BCBA for center and in-home cases. TeleHealth supervision up to 25% and sign-on bonus with relocation assistance are available.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise therapists, collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, and monitor progress to ensure effective, data-driven outcomes for children with developmental challenges.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification and maintain certification.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise ABA programs.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure progress.
• Train and guide Behavior Technicians and RBTs in therapy techniques.
• Monitor data, evaluate outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.

• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques.

• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
