Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our Greenville team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise ABA therapy, and collaborate with parents and professionals to ensure consistent progress.

The role involves mentoring technicians, analyzing data for progress, maintaining detailed documentation, and delivering evidence-based interventions that support children’s growth and development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCaBA certification.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
