Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead center and in-home ABA therapy for children with developmental challenges. The role emphasizes assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and data-driven progress tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a BCBA certification, strong ABA knowledge, and experience with autism spectrum disorders. TeleHealth supervision up to 25% is available, with sign-on and relocation assistance for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure progress.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.

• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques.

• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
